Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, programs, memberships, digital materials, live events, and services offered by Lead Monopoly (“Lead Monopoly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including pages hosted at topleadsgeneration.com/LeadMonopoly. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from or use Lead Monopoly services. If you use the services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at sales@topleadgeneration.com.
3. Purchases and billing
Prices, features, and availability may change. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for amounts due, including taxes where applicable. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled according to the cancellation instructions provided at checkout or in your account.
4. License to digital products
Unless otherwise stated, digital products and program materials are licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your own lawful use. You may not copy, resell, share login access, scrape, reverse engineer, or publicly republish our materials without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing activity.
- No attempts to interfere with security, access other accounts, or overload our systems.
- No use of our trademarks, content, or testimonials in a misleading way.
- No chargebacks used in bad faith where a refund process is available.
6. User content
If you submit comments, reviews, testimonials, or other content, you grant Lead Monopoly a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business. You represent that you own or control the rights to that content and that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge.
7. Third-party services
Our site may link to or integrate third-party tools (payment processors, email platforms, analytics, affiliate networks). We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, or outages.
8. Intellectual property
All Lead Monopoly names, logos, the LM seal, text, graphics, videos, course materials, and software are owned by Lead Monopoly or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Results vary. See our Earnings Disclaimer and Disclaimer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Monopoly and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to Lead Monopoly for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Lead Monopoly from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, abuse refunds or chargebacks, infringe intellectual property, or create legal or security risk. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved individually in the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
