Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Lead Monopoly and you (“Affiliate”). By applying, accepting an invite, or generating an affiliate link, you agree to this Agreement and to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Earnings Disclaimer.
1. Enrollment
Participation is by application and approval at our sole discretion. We may accept, reject, or later remove any affiliate for any lawful reason.
2. Independent contractor
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Lead Monopoly. You may not bind Lead Monopoly or represent that you are employed by Lead Monopoly.
3. Commission and tracking
- Commission rate as published in your affiliate dashboard or offer terms.
- Attribution follows the cookie / last-click window stated in those offer terms.
- Eligible transactions exclude taxes, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, test orders, and amounts we never collect.
- If a customer later refunds or chargebacks, the related commission is reversed or withheld.
4. Payouts
Commissions are paid on the schedule and method stated in your affiliate dashboard, after the refund window, subject to any minimum payout. You are responsible for accurate payment details and your own taxes. We may require a completed tax form before paying.
5. Promotional rules
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship, use only accurate product claims, and not invent guarantees or income promises. Link to our Earnings Disclaimer when you discuss income or lifestyle results. No spam.
You must not bid on our brand name or trademarks in paid search without written permission; use coupon hijacking or cookie stuffing; use misleading domains or fake reviews; copy our sales pages in full; or promote on sites that contain hate, illegal, or infringing content.
6. Trademarks
We grant a limited, revocable license to use approved Lead Monopoly trademarks and creatives solely to promote Lead Monopoly offers. You acquire no ownership rights.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination you must stop using Lead Monopoly marks and affiliate links. Commissions may be forfeited for fraud or material breach to the extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnity
You will indemnify Lead Monopoly against claims arising from your marketing, your traffic sources, or your breach of this Agreement.
