Lead Monopoly stands behind its products with a 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied for up to 30 days, just let us know and you will receive a hassle free refund.
1. 30-day window
Unless a product page states a different guarantee, you may request a refund up to 30 days of the original purchase date. The request must be received by us within that period.

3. What is refunded
Eligible digital-product and program purchases are refunded in full to the original payment method. Bank or card processing is typically 5–10 business days after we issue the refund.
4. Subscriptions
Cancel before the next renewal to avoid future charges. Refunds for a current term follow the 30-day window measured from that term’s purchase or renewal date, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Exceptions
- Requests made after the 30-day window.
- Requests we reasonably determine are fraudulent, abusive, or part of repeated refund/chargeback patterns.
- Access credentials, license keys, or files that were shared, resold, or publicly distributed in violation of the Terms.
- Items expressly marked non-refundable on the product page.
6. Chargebacks
Contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without first using this policy may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are improper.
7. Access after refund
When a refund is issued, your license and access to the refunded product may be revoked. Continued use after a refund is not permitted.
8. Consumer-law rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
